Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods company
Client had developed a large number of options for the new generation of one of its major appliances. The client hired an Intellas company to test all options (in all combinations using modeling techniques) among potential buyers/users, to determine the key elements that would both attract buyers and be most user-friendly.
WHAT WE DID:
Conducted a series of competitive product tests, qualitative tests (nationwide study involving both focus groups and one-on-one in-depth interviews), and quantitative testing (multi-phased conjoint analyses among large samples nationwide).
The key user elements have been designed into the appliance line, and are scheduled for introduction.
