PSYFIT consists of the husband and wife team of Drs. Rammohan and Anila Ragade. The goal of this company is to consult with clients to integrate human factors in information technology. This includes such topics as workplace changes due to IT, user interface evaluations from a behavioral perspective, team dynamics in software development, software process, usability and in general Human-Computer Interaction Issues from a psychological and a software design perspective.

Dr. Rammohan Ragade is an accomplished Professor of Computer Science and Systems Analysis. Dr. Anila Ragade is a Professor of Psychology and is proficient at teaching applied psychology and in applying the principles of psychology to various real-life situations. Their experience includes workshops and seminars (Sample topics: Stress Management; Dealing With Burnout; Motivational Training; Understanding Drug Use; Life Span Development), designing research studies to investigate cause-effect relationships or correlations, conducting small scale surveys for employee evaluations/performance reviews, user Interface evaluations and related human factors studies, simulations and modeling, and internet applications and human perspectives
