Dr. Elmaghraby has over 25 years of experience in the computer field with consulting experience.Dr. Elmaghraby has received his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Control in 1973 and has completed an MS and Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the university of Wisconsin-Madison. He has also formal training in economics and planning techniques.
